Vetting is the process of performing in-depth checks to ensure that the documentation and/or information provided in VCM is indeed current, true and correct.
Information and documents are not merely accepted based on face-value and the authenticity and validity thereof is verified with the applicable regulatory bodies where possible (CIPC, SARS, Department of Labour, Banks & SANAS B-BBEE verification agencies).
Tokens are used to vet your company’s compliance documentation. You will be allocated 10 tokens with your registration each year.
These tokens will allow you to submit your company compliance documentation for vetting upon initial registration and to resubmit any compliance documentation which expires through the year.
Please note that you will require to purchase additional tokens if you run out of tokens.
Simply send an email containing your company name, address and VAT no. to finance@prochain.co.za.
