Why are Technical Vendor Assessments important?
- The competency, capacity and traceability of a supplier is assessed and allows the identification of possible gaps in a supplier’s business or operations, that may pose a risk to a company contracting with that specific supplier
How do we go about it?
- Physical technical vendor assessments are conducted by Lead Auditors whereby a bespoke assessment matrix is applied. A detailed assessment report including photographs is provided, giving the client an in-depth view of its supplier’s operations.
